2024: Old Dog, New Tricks

(Note: As of August 2026, this project is almost completed. It has taken a while but will hopefully be posted in it's entirety in late 2026!)

Our Studio 52 group set out the following parameters to guide us in our art this year:
1. One piece of art per artist per month.
2. Painting to be based on a word prompt revealed on the first of each month.

3. Completed works to be revealed on social media on the last day of each month.

My project is titled Old Dog, New Tricks and will be a mission to reignite my artistic passion following the prompts and exploring new mediums.

40 prompts were chosen by myself and Cindy Zampa. We put them all into a bowl and drew twelve!
